2. Building Area as follows: truss metal production area of 1000 m², which is a gunman truss (flat space), with height 9.00 meters + administration area of 130 m² (one floor) + 2 security rooms with area 32 m² + adapters room area 32 m², and a strategic water reservoir with an area of 200 cubic meters
3. Our factory has all facilities, licenses and has an electric transformer capacity 1000 KWH (one megawatt)
4. Production Lines:
First line, polypropylene spinning line FDY Model 2006, Denier range from 200 to 600 Deniers. The yarn used in manufacturing the curtains and furniture. Production capacity is 75 tons/month (based on 450 Denier) - Production Line (Italian - German) with the latest modern techniques (Automatic and control computer)
Second line, nylon spinning line POY Model 2006 (Italian - German) (automatic and control computer) - Manufacturing nylon filament POY from dtex 44 to 110 dtex - the production capacity is 30 tons/month
Third line, texturizing machine - 216 positions – one heater - type ICBT France - Model 1992 to
Fourth: 2 compressors (EcoAir & compair) each 75 HP.
Fifth, some measuring devices for the quality control of yarns.
